Summary of the poem “Thought the Paraclete” by Sri Aurobindo:

The poem ‘Thought the Paraclete’ written by Sri Aurobindo is not a structural poem. This poem has no logic or theories. As a mystical poem, it emphasizes the experience of the poet. It does not describe the mystical planes or the journey towards it.

When a traveller climbs the mountain, he does not sit with a map and names of the rocks. Instead, he enjoys the scenery and nature. Therefore, a mystic poem might explain an idea in general without proving or explaining the feeling.
