villa for sale is a drama based on both humour as wall as folly. It stars with Julliette worryingly talking with her maid that her villa isn't getting sold. Soon after, we discover Jeanne and Gaston appearing as guests for Julliette who have come to see the villa for buying it. Jeanne is ready to discover the villa before buying it Gaston is determined to leave the house without purchasing it. Conversation continues between Jeanne and Gaston with Gaston's disagree for buying the villa. Julliette appears. Now the conversation continues between the three. Jeanne then decides to go with Julliette and look around the house. In the mean time Al Smith enters the screen and makes a deal with Gaston believing him to be Julliette's husband. The deal is done with Al Smith paying more than Julliette expects from Gaston. When Julliette and Jeanne return, Gaston immediately pays Julliette the money she expects and buys the villa. Gaston and Jeanne leave with Gaston making a profit from the deal.........
