In this poem 'Where the mind is without fear' Rabindranath Tagore wishes to awaken to a new dream of bright (heavenly) dawn.In his heavenly country, the human mind will be free from every type of fear. There would be free knowledge for all. It would enable everybody to keep his head high out of self-respect.Words should come out from the depths of truth. Religious narrow-mindedness should not break the people into different fractions. They must try to obtain perfection in words, thoughts and deeds.Reasons should reign over the blind faith, superstitions ans silly traditions. The mind must be led forward into a wider 'thought and action'. The poet prays to God to let India awaken to such a dawn of heavenly freedom.

Answer:

A compass is a device that indicates direction. It is one of the most important instruments for navigation. ... Magnetic compasses consist of a magnetized needle that is allowed to rotate so it lines up with the Earth's magnetic field. The ends point to what are known as magnetic north and magnetic south.
