in this poem the poet describes how he feels when he is rolling down a hill. he shows the excitement he attains from travelling downhill by a cycle. he says it helps him to be a free bird and can do what he wants. then he wants to know if there is any other sport that can give him this excitement. skating is a sport that ties him to the ground because if his metal skates. when he reaches downhill he regrets that he went down the hill. then he understands the determination of the person who climbed the hill will be rewarded.
