Perhaps this is up to interpretation, so don't be too harsh hehe
I believe the poem "Eyes," by Coates Kinney is a poem that describes different color eyes and how they are perceived by herself. She describes certain colored eyes such as ones with blue hues, and brown hues as glorious and beautiful. Despite how beautiful they are, in the end, Kinney realizes that the beauty of someone's eyes doesn't matter and their soul is the prettiest of all. Ergo, the beauty of someone's face doesn't matter, and what really shines brightest is the beauty of one's actions, heart, and soul.
Hope this helped :)
