Everyday of a week repeats after an interval of 7 days like if its 1st today and its Saturday today then next Saturday will be on

1+7=8 and then on 8+7=15 and so on

Now if Sunday falls on 6th then Friday must haven fallen on 4th of the same month

Now applying above rule next Fridays will be on 

4+7=11

11+7=18

18+7=25

which is first Friday after 23rd so answer is 25th of the month.
