Sumrit and Nisha cut potatoes into pieces, boiled in water and then threw

away the excess water and fried in oil adding salt and spices. The potatoes were

very tasty, but they lost their nutritional values. Can you suggest a way of cooking

potatoes where its nutritional values will not be destroyed.​

after cutting potatoes if they are washed in excess amount of water then there is loss of enormous amount of Nutrition
