u = 0 m/s
v = 30 m/s
s = 100 m
as v^2 - u^2 = 2as
so, 30^2 - 0 = 2a*100
or, 900/200 = a
so, a = 4.5 m/s^2
Also, v = u + a t
so, 30 = 0 + 4.5 * t
so, t = 30/4.5 = 6.667 s
Hence, accleration,a = 4.5 m/s^2 and
time , t = 6.667 s.
