Let  the swami's earning be x

shailesh earning ⇒  \frac{120x}{100}

sunil's earning  \frac{132x}{100}

 (\frac{132x}{100})- x  =3200

⇒132x-100x=320000

⇒32x=320000

⇒x=10000

swami's earnings =10000

shailesh's earning=12000

sunil's earning=13200
