swami's earning be x
shailesh earning=120x/100
sunil's earning=132x/100
(132x/100)-x=3200
132x-100x=320000
32x=320000
x=10000
swami's earnings =10000
shailesh's earning=12000
sunil's earning=13200

Let Swami`s earnings be Rs x
Then shailesh earns 20% more than swami
⇒ [(20/100)× x] + x
= [(1/5)× x] +x
= x/5 +x
= (x+5x)/5
= 6x/5
∴Shailesh earns Rs 6x/5
Now sunil earns 10% more than shailesh
⇒ [(10/100)× 6x/5] +6x/5
= [1/10× 6x/5] + 6x/5
= 6x/50 + 6x/5
= (6x+ 60x)/50
= 66x/50
∴Sunil earns Rs 66x/50
Given that swami earns 3200 less than sunil
⇒ sunil earning - swami earning = 3200
⇒ 66x/50  -  x = 3200
⇒ (66x - 50x)/50 = 3200
⇒ 16x = 3200 ×50
⇒ 16x = 160000
⇒  x = 160000/16
∴   x = 10000
∴ Swami earns Rs x = Rs 10,000
Sailesh earns Rs 6x/5 = [6(10000)]/5 = 60000/5  =  Rs12000
Sunil earns Rs 66x/50  = 660000/50 = Rs 13200
