Hello!!!
It's voluntary action as it's an action which she initiated herself.....
Her cerebral cortex (brain) sent some pulses from it to the effectors (muscles or glands) via spinal cord with relay neurons and finally a motor neurons .
The action too is under the control of will ,thus, it's voluntary action........
Here, she rushed as per her consciousness , as she was aware that something was wrong around her as she smelt smoke .......
So she would have received a message or a thought as , there is a possibility of fire near her .....
So , she would have rushed as there lies a reason behind her rushing and running .....
So its voluntary action. So its voluntary action......
If she would have been running simply , it would be involuntary.......
Involuntary actions are brushing sneezing coughing etc........
There are two types of involuntary actions as ...
1) autonomic
2) reflex
Hope it helps!
