I think It will appear red as when sunlight( which is a mixture of all the seven colours) passes through a red glass plate, it will allow only red light to pass through it absorbing all the other colours and then this red light will fall on that white flower (which has a tendency to reflect all the colours) so it will also reflect red light falling on it to your eyes so it will appear red.
