because fat in our body get in contact with sunlight and start excreting outside through sweat pores.

our body has water in the blood. When it gets in contact of heat or sunlight then the water in it takes the latent heat and comes out of our skin along with some salts dissolved in the blood. Then it takes the latent heat of our skin and vaporises thats why we feel cool after sweating.
