then, weight of box 1 =X + 5/2

weight of box 3 = X + 41/4.

Now, X + X + 5/2 + X + 41/4 = 219/4

=>3X + 51/4 = 219/4

=>3X= 168/4

then, weight of box 1 = 56/4 +5/2

= 66/4=33/2 kg

So weight of box 1 is 33/2 kg.
