The story of face in the dark contain element of mystery strangeness and supernaturalism the story is set in a pine forest outside Shimla Hill Resort of Himachal Pradesh.Oliver and Anglo Indian teacher wall through the pine forest on his way back to school after an evening at Shimla Bazar while walking through the forest path he come across a weeping boy who left his face which is not a face but flat something without eyes nose or mouth.gets frightened and the torch fall from his hand he turns and run towards a school building his numbers up to the watchman and tells him that he saw something horrible a boy weeping in the forest and he had no face he is grid with fear when he find that the watchman has no eyes no ears no feature at all not even and eyebrow all this makes the story supernatural.
