The superlative of the inner is the innermost.
These superlatives are the adjectives which are used to describe an object which is at lower or upper limit of quality.
For example - the smallest, the tallest, the slowest and the fastest.
They are mostly used in the sentences where the subjects are compared to the group of objects.

Inner as an adjective is not comparable with any , therefore inner has no superlative form .
Inner refers to inside of a particular object , situation or subject depending on the act at hand
When we refer to inner part if a particular thing we actually mean that and there is no further comparison to be done .
Inner as an adjective makes its own complement hence cannot be compared further.
