Supose u r a moniter of our class.How u will Mentained the class

I will take care of all the things happening in the class. The bad thing as well as the good thing. I will write the name of those defaulters who disturb the class and always in the incomplete uniform.. After 1 week I will handover those names to the class teacher. I will judge the students based on their activities not as per that they are my frnd..

In this way I will maintain the class........

then here the tips:_

1) understadimg

being has a class moniter,one should understand the classmates matters.he should give judgement correctly

2) control

secondly, you shoud have control over the clas. if u dont have control , then no one will listen to your orders. the y will continue what the like

3) Unbiased

u should not be partial . as a class moniter everyone should be given equal respect . freinship should not be shown here

4)collect homeworks 

this is important . we should always collect homeworks . 

now how to keep the class qiute?

as i said before , u should have control.else students will behave in thier own way.

u should keep the students alert . they should have fun .  they should not feel bored. they should like u much!!

never take any issue to the teacher . students start hating you . some moniter even for small reasons do that . this makes the classmates feel bad and they start to hate you 

invovle them in something intersting. like u tell something scientific whih everyones like . they immeidately will start hearing and stop talking

i have experienced all this things coz i was a class moniter!!
