To find : supplementary angle of 100 .

Solution :

  • When sum of measure of two angles is 180° then these angles are called as supplementary angles .
  • Let suppose , ∠A and ∠B are supplementary angles then ,

      ∠A + ∠B = 180°

  • Let , x be the supplementary angle of 100  ,
  • Then ,

       x + 100 = 180 \\x = 180- 100 \\ x = 80

Hence, 80° is the supplementary angle of 100°  .
