AnswEr :

Let the angle be x

Complementary Angle : A pair of angles whose sum is 90°

So, Complement of x = (90 - x)

Supplementary Angle  :  A pair of angles whose sum is 180°

So, Supplement of x = (180 - x)

A.T.Q.

➟ (180 - x) = 6(90 - x)

➟ 180 - x = 540 - 6x

➟ 6x - x = 540 - 180

➟ 5x = 360

➟ x = 72°

ANSWER:-

Given:

Supplementary of angle is six times it's complementary.

To find:

Find angles.

Solution:

⏺️Supplementary means= 180°

⏺️Complementary means= 90°

Let the supplementary be = (180°-x)

Let the complementary be =(90° -x)

According to the question;

=) 180° -x= 6(90° -x)

=) 180° -x = 540° -6x

=) 180° - 540° =-6x +x

=) -360° = -5x

=) x= 360°/5

=) x= 72°

So,

Supplementary Angle= 180° - 72°

=) 108°

Complementary angle= 90° - 72°

=) 18°

Hope it helps ☺️
