Good evening everyone. Today I’m here to deliver a speech upon the condition of staff and how to support them. In India, we have encountered several cases of staff misbehavior and indignities caused to them. We have no respect for the people who are behind our day to day work and make our job easier by doing so.
We should feel privileged that every day of our life we are faced with so many problems, but workers make it easier. Instead of respecting them we disregard their work and make their life miserable since most of the work is physical. Therefore, we should show some respect and decency towards these workers and make sure they are highly respected and regarded.

Hello. I am jnan of Class 11 and I am here to talk about the importance of support staff. The support staff is important in any field. Today I will talk about the importance of support staff in the college. Our support staff is among the first people to embrace us as soon as we enter college as toddlers.
They are there to take care of the tiny children who are just entering college. They take care as parents would and their importance here cannot be undermined. The support staff ensures that the college premises are clean and tidy and it is no easy job keeping the classrooms and premises clean.
The security staff at the gates ensure that the students come into college with utmost care. They take care that children do not hurt themselves. Last but not the least is the staff in the labs.
Oh! What would we do without them? They are there to ensure that all our experiments go smoothly without any incidents. Need I say that they play a very important role in our lives?
