we know that divisibility of 3 is sum of all the digits in a number should be in table of 3.
so as abc a number's sum goes in table of 3
and it's sum will be same after interchanging the digit's position.
therefore abc+bca+cab will go in 3's table
therefore it will also divisible by 3
