Suppose a and b are events with p(a)= 0.6 , p(b)=0.3 and p(aub)=0.2. find te probability that neither a occurs nor b occurs

Probability that neither a nor b occurs = p(a^b)'
p(a^b)=p(a)+p(b)-p(aub)
=0.6+0.3-0.2
=0.7
p(a^b)' = 1-0.7
= 0.3
