Given :-

U = 0

H = 1 m

A = g = 9.8 m/ {s}^{2}

V = ?

Using ;

 {V}^{2} - {U}^{2} = 2as

 {V}^{2} - {U}^{2} = 2gh

 {V}^{2} = 2\:×\:9.8×\:1

 {V}^{2} =\: 19.6

So ,

E(k) =  \frac{1}{2} \: m {v}^{2}

=》  \frac{1}{2} \times 1 \times 19.6

=》 9.8 \: j

firstly we have to find the velocity by using the formula V square is equals to U square + 2 g h .
and then we have to put the value of V in the formula kinetic energy is equals to half MV square .

hope it helps.....☺☺☺
