suppose A man is applying a force of of 4 n to pull buffalo and buffalo is applying a force of 3.5 n to stay in its position so what is the total force pulling the in the forward direction​

Force applied by The man to pull the buffalo = 4N

Force applied by buffalo = 3.5N

Now to find total force we have to get the difference between the force applied by man and the force applied by buffalo.

Force acting in forward direction = 4N - 3.5N

=> 0.5N

So, your Answer will be 0.5 N
