suppose a person changes its position w.r.t to a tree (a reference point) with passage of time. what is w.r.t in this?​

with respect to this, the person is in motion with respect to tree and the tree is in rest with respect to the person.

Because the person is changing it's position with respect to time and the tree.. That's why it is in motion.. And the tree didn't changed its position with respect to time and person... that's why the tree is in rest..
