This is to notify all the students of XYZ School that, (Name of the student) from Class VI of our school is suffering from a complicated heart disease. He is currently under treatment of PQR Hospital and the doctor has advised to take him abroad for better treatment. But his family can't afford the expenses for taking him abroad. Therefore, we, the Students' Welfare Committee of our school, along with the respected teachers have decided to raise a fund from the students to help the student.

Hereby, all the students are kindly requested to contribute Rs. 100 each for the fund on or before 26th March, 2021. The money should be submitted to the undersigned.
