Suppose a tiffin box full of grain no insects are present......but after some days insects as well as other organisms present in the box (the tin/box is closed) so what happening ?

The insects you found inside the container may be weevils, they are notorious pests of pulses and wheat. They are most reputed among them.

Female weevils lay hundreds of eggs, and each egg is deposited inside each grain kernel.

Entire larval stage and pupal stage ocuur within the grain. The larva inside the grain eat the grain it until pupation, after which they bore a hole inside the grain and come out of it.

So, when we open we go shocked from where the insects came from.
