side AB= 9 let take it A
and CD is also 9 because it is paralle.
P= 30
we have to find BC orAD as(B)
P= 2(A+B)
2(9+B)=30
B =6

Suppose ABCD is a parallelogram in which AB = 9 cm and its perimeter is 30 cm.

Find the length of each side of the parallelogram.

Solution :
           Perimeter of parallelogram ABCD = 30 cm
       AB + BC +CD +DA = 30cm
 Since Opposite sides of Parallelogram are parallel and equal ,
Hence AB = CD = 9cm
     BC = DA
Let BC = DA = x cm,
Therefore
            9 + x +9 +x = 30
               18 + 2x = 30
                2x = 30 - 18
               2x = 12
                 x = 12/2
                 x = 6 cm

hence sides of the parallelogram are 9 cm , 6 cm , 9cm , 6cm

           AB = 9cm
           BC = 6 cm
          CD = 9cm
          DA = 6cm

Hope This Helps You!!!
