in physics, isolated pole (either north or south )is a hypothetical concept. Still if we take a isolated north pole at the center of circular current carrying loop,
the magnetic field that generated due to the current carrying loop will not oppose the north pole, because in absence of south pole the only north pole will not generate any magnetic field. So there will be no effect on the pole due to the magnetic field of current carrying loop.
