Suppose f ( x ) = x 2 and g ( x ) = 2 x − 3 . What is the value of g ( 4 ) + f ( − 3 ) ?

f (X) =2x

g (x) = 2x -3

=> find : g(4)+f(-3)

put 4 in place of X in g(X)

and -3 in place of X in f(X)

{[2(4)-3] + 2(-3) } = 5+(-6) = -1
