Time = 25 min

Volume of water = 500 ml

So,

 rate \: of \: percolation=  \frac{volume \: of \: water \: (ml)}{percolation \: time \: (min)}

 =  \frac{500 \: ml}{25 \: min \: }  = 20 \: ml/min

Therefore, rate of percolation of water = 20 ml/min
