Suppose if a students secures 1st rank in UPSC,will he have to give interview?
If yes,so what if the topper doesn't get selectef in interview?
My final question is:
If a student gets rank 1 in upsc,can he be rejected in interview or not?

there are many terms in UPSC first pre second mains than interwiew every thing has it own marks and the person who get more marks will become first it also depends onresevation of castes
