Hope u can understand the thing.
==============================
Rate of interest be X

Time period = 3yrs

Let the principal borrowed from five different banks be A, B, C, D, E.

Total Money Borrowed =M=A+B+C+D+E

So.

Amount of money to pay to

1ST bank = T1 = A(1 +X)³
2ND bank = T2 = B(1 +X)³
3RD bank = T3 = C(1+X)³
4TH bank = T4 = D(1 +X)³
5TH bank = T5 = E(1+X)³

So.. Total amount to pay

= A(1 +X)³+B(1+X)³+C(1+X)³+D(1+X)³+E(1+X)³

= (A+B+C+D+E)(1+X)³

= M(1+X)³

Interest to
1ST Bank = A(1-(1+X)³)
2ND Bank = B(1-(1+X)³)
3RD Bank = C(1-(1+X)³)
4TH Bank = D(1-(1+X)³)
5TH Bank = E(1-(1+X)³)

Now if comparing the amounts be like

=Amount of one bank - amount of other

= (principal of 1 Bank - principal of other bank)(1+X)³

For example

= A(1+X)³-B(1+X)³ = (A-B )(1+X)³

And if comparing the interests be like

= Interest of 1 Bank - interest of other bank

= (principal of 1 Bank - principal of other bank) (1 - (1+X)³)

For example.

=A(1-(1+X)³) - B(1-(1+X)³)

=(A - B)(1-(1+X)³)

Hope u got it.

Proud to help you
