If you do not maintain the 1500 calories level regardless of whether you are a man or a woman, and handle it the other way by keeping yourself busy and active, you would not lose weight.
You would instead bloat due to gastritis, hyper-acid secretion in your stomach would cause ulcer, and later you may end up harming yourself badly without even knowing.
Suggestion:
1. Add more fruits, vegetables and sprouts. They are fibrous and are good.
2. Drink enough water (2.5 liters minimum a day). This is vital for active nervous system.
3. Split your meals into 5–7 times a day and eat light (not very light like the way you do now).
4. Go for a 2kms. walk early morning and in early evening. (Do not ever be idle)
5. Add more soups and porridge as they are easy to digest. (reduce salt & sugar intake)
