Suppose people of a country only want their rights and do not want to do their duties. What do you think will happen in such a country?

Answer:
Duty suggests serfdom or slavery.
Rights do not depend on your wanting them or somebody’s giving them to you. You are born with them. You don’t have a duty in exchange.
Instead, you have choices to make. If you want to live, you must take care of yourself. It is a trade-off. There are trade-offs in everything. There is no such thing as free lunch. When you want something, you must do something to gain it in exchange.
If somebody tells you have duties, look at whether they are asking you to complete an exchange, provide the necessary trade-off for what they want, on top of everything else you must do to take care of yourself.
Of course there will be people you care about, you want to see prosper, and there will be things you will want to see flourish. That is by your voluntary choice, and not a duty.
