suppose records show that an average income in a country has been increasing over a period of time.from this can you conclude that all sections of the economy have become better? illustrate your answer with an example

No , if average income of the country is being increasing then it doesn't mean that all the section of economy is improving. for ex see the attachment of comparing two country , both the country have almost same average income but in country A income is equally distributed where as in country B only one person has major share.
which mean in country A all section are improving but same has not happened in country B.

No. We Cannot Say That.

This is bcz average income is not the only way to check whether a country is developed or developing.

example- suppose that india has an increasing average income. but the literacy rate remains the same : poor. can you say that india is fully developed ? NO. thus, various other ways are there to check whether all the sections of the economy have become better with/without an increase in the average income.
