if average income of the country is being increasing then it doesn't mean that all the section of economy is improving. for ex see the attachment of comparing two country , both the country have almost same average income but in country A income is equally distributed where as in country B only one person has major share.

which mean in country A all section are improving but same has not happened in country B.
