Hey Mate ,

Here is the answer ,
______________________________________________________________

Rohan is moving nearby a chair . So rohan is in motion with respect to that chair and chair is in motion with respect to rohan.

This statement 100% correct .

Reference point is point used to find or describe the location of something.
When we take rohan as reference point then chair is in motion and when we take chair as a reference point then rohan is in motion.
