Suppose the earth attracts an object with a force of 200N and the object also attracts the earth with the same force. This means the force is balanced and net force is 0. So why does the object fall on the earth?

Because The acceleration of Earth is very very very less

It is because the mass of the object in comparison to earth.

anshbajpai64: As the mass of Earth is large and F=ma therefore acceleration is almost neglible but the objects mass is less therefore it's acceleration is noticeable
