Some of the aspects that I would mention in the PIL against the chemical factory are
1. The factory is dumping dangerous chemicals in to river in our area.
2. There is a danger that chemicals from the factory will seep into the ground water thereby contaminating it.
3. There is a danger that chemicals may leak into the air leading to widespread chemical poisoning in our area.
