Suppose there is a large colony of houses divided into 5 sectors like sector A,B,C,D and E. A substation which provides electricity to all the 5 sectors ran into an issue, after 4 hours , the issue was solved, then they proceed to provide electricity sector-wise like first Sector A, then sector E and sector D etc. Why they do this?​
