Suppose two adjacent angles are supplementary. Show that if one of them is an obtuse angle, then the other angle must be acute.

if x and y are the two angles, then
x+y=180-------------------------(1)
if x is obtuse , then x= 90+m
put this value in equation (1)
90+m+y=180
m+y=90
y=90-m ( acute angle)
