Suppose two mirrors are placed almost parallel and facing each other. An object (say, a lighted candle) is placed between the mirrors. This setup produces a large number of images in a row in both mirrors. How will you explain this?

Answer:

Parallel plane mirrors facing each other forms infinite images of an object kept in between them regardless of the size of the mirrors.
