suppose we bring the north pole of one bar magnet towards the north pole of another freely suspended bar magnet what are the likely to observe

If we bring like poles of magnet close to each other the repel each other. For eg- south pole repel the other south pole and same with the north poles. If we bring unlike close to each other they attract each other. For eg- if we bring north pole and south pole together they attract each other and same with the other.
