Answer:

given

y = ax+b/x

when x = 4, y = 6

6 = 4a + b/4

16a + b = 24.........(1)

when x= 3, y = 10/3

10/3 = 3a + b/3

9a + b = 10...........(2)

from (1) and (2)

7a = 14

a = 2

b = 10-9a = 10-18 = -8

y = 2x + (-8/x)
