$x = k \times \frac{1}{y}$

where k is constant

as y=2

andx =14

$k = xy \\ \\ k = 14 \times 2 \\ \\ k = 28$

now x=7so

$7 = 28 \times \frac{1}{y } \\ y = \frac{28}{7} \\ \\ y = 4$

y=4
