I shall not able to hear any sound produced by my friend on the moon because sound waves require medium to propagate and there is no medium present on the moon.
There is no material medium on the moon due to absence of atmosphere.

we know that sound is a mechanical wave which requires medium to propagate.
=) sound waves travel in form of compression or rarefaction .
=) compression or rarefaction is only possible when there is molecules ( medium) where the sound propagate.
=) so on moon there is no medium for propagation of sound waves. so person on the moon can't hear sound produced by another person.
