Dear Diary,
Last night I heard the patting of rain drops on my roof and it brought back many sweet memories. The voice of the water touching the roof felt like I could feel it on my face. Lying in my warm and cozy bed, I heard the voice of rain tapping on my roof. This transported me to places like I had never been before. This was in the form of sweet dreams, and my childhood memories of my mother.
My mother died years ago and this rain reminds me of her. I could almost feel her presence and as if my mother was looking at me.
I have to go now,
Will write later,
Signing off.
