If I were Gerrard from the story "If I were u" i would act not as bravely as Gerrard. I would be frightened seeing by the revolver in the hands of intruder. I would convince intruder to have me a drink of water or something else and I would have called police. Unless the police arrives, I would keep talking to him in order to keep him busy!!

If i was Gerrard, i would act very smartly in order to save my life from that b.loody intruder and alao by staying calm.

But it's very easy to say, we in real life situations can't live our life being calm
