You are thinking wrong about the postmaster becusse he is the one who helps you at the pitful condition if he would not you would not able to get 70 pesos even. so you should be thankfull

to the postmaster and the postman.

It is your misunderstanding that the postmaster employees must have swindle with the money. But it is not. Actually on behalf of me the postmaster became the god for you. He actually felt bad after reading your first letter. He was not able to collect even a bit of money. But he tried and collected from his friends from his employees and himself donated half of his salary and he was able to collect an amount of 70 pesos. It was his greatness to help you. So dont blame him as he is the actual god of you...........
